Springville man carries on legacy of Utah's first hat maker

Tucked away in the basement of a historic building in downtown Springville, Utah, Chandler Scott is doing his part to carry on a part of Utah's heritage. Scott and his employees at Tatton Baird Hatters make high-end hats using the same process as the first hat maker in the state.
